Chadwick I. McCullen, “Chad,” is originally from Clayton, North Carolina. Chad graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an A.B. in History and a second major in Communication Studies in May 2005. He then entered law school at the Charleston School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in May 2008 and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in August of that year. He continued on to the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where he received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation in May 2009. Upon completion of his LL.M., Chad joined the firm where he practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, Taxation, Business and Corporate Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, and handles related civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in all North Carolina state courts and the United States Tax Court.
