Stevenson L. Weeks

Mr. Weeks was born in Morehead City in 1953. He attended the University of North Carolina and East Carolina University receiving his B.A. in 1976 and attended Campbell University and received his J.D. in 1980. He was admitted to the bar in 1980, U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit in 1983 and U.S. Supreme Court in 1984. He practiced as Assistant District Attorney in the Eleventh Judicial District.

He is a member of the Carteret County and North Carolina Bar Associations, North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, American Trial Lawyers Association, Southeast Admiralty Law Institute and Eastern North Carolina Inn of Court.

Practices areas are civil litigation, personal injury, maritime and admiralty law.
